Wattle Glen

This Wattle Glen home was built in a bushfire prone area and within the Nillumbik Shire’s guidelines to be harmonious with the surrounding houses and landscapes.

We worked with the designers to not only meet council requirements but also to maximise the use of a range of environmentally sustainable options within the allocated budget.

This included the use of an ecofriendly Weathertex cladding system, feature timber throughout, solar panels and optimally placed water tanks.

The home has double glazed windows and an extensive insulation system to combat the harsher weather conditions.
